Abstract Art by Elad Eisenstein

I make abstract art inspired by cities, adding a personal touch of my own reflections and experiences.

I am trained as an architect and an urbanist and have always been fascinated by the complexity of the ‘big city’, with particular interest in questions of identity, belonging and change. These are key concepts I explore through my art. 

My work draws inspiration from across the multidisciplinary world of city shaping practices - from graphic design to planning, from photography to engineering. I like my art to be expressive and intuitive, working with a limited palette, using geometry, composition and layering to create an impactful, yet simple image of real-life complex urban situations.
